
First Lady Melania Trump joined wife of French President Emmanuel Macron, Brigitte Macron and wives of fellow G7 leaders for a tour of Basque village in Biarritz on Sunday, while their husbands kicked off the summit with chains of meetings discussing major global issues.
For the tour outing event, Melania looked chic in head-to-toe white, wearing a sleeveless linen belted dress by Calvin Klein. This is the second time during the G7 summit weekend that Melania was seen in Calvin Klein, with the first dress being a yellow denim tie-dye number she wore when arriving to France. The summery Calvin Klein 205W39NYC white midi-length dress is believed to be from two seasons ago as it is unknown how much the dress retailed for.
Completing her all-white look, Melania teamed the dress with white Christian Louboutin pointed toe ballet flats. The white flats retails for $645 at Saks Fifth Avenue. She accessorized her outfit carrying a white leather Hermès Kelly bag. This specific Hermes bag is a special order and is not available for purchase.
French First Lady, Brigitte wore a custom made Louis Vuitton cold shoulder red sheath knee-length dress. She paired the dress with a pair of Louis Vuitton’s Matchmake strap pumps.

Melania Trump, Brigitte Macron and other world leaders’ wives traveled to the village of Epselette where they had lunch at Villa Arnaga, built by the French playwright Edmond Rostand,who wrote “Cyrano de Bergerac.” Joining Melania and Brigitte were Akie Abe, wife of Japan’s prime minister, Jenny Morrison, wife of Australia’s prime minister, Chile’s first lady Cecilia Morel, and Malgorzata Tusk, wife of the European Council president. British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s girlfriend Carrie Symonds was not present at the summit due to work commitments back in the UK.

After the lunch, the leaders’ spouses visited Saint-Etienne Church where a Basque choir performed under the beautifully painted historic ceiling. They all then took a tour of the Basque region, the first ladies visited several shops, including a fabric store, a traditional bakery, and an impromptu wine tasting with a beret-wearing wine expert. The last stop of the cultural tour was the region’s famous for its dried red peppers called “Piment d’Espelette.” The peppers were used in the dinner that the Group of Seven leaders shared in Biarritz Saturday night.
In the evening, the First Ladies joined their husbands for an extended G7 dinner at the Hôtel Du Palais.
