First lady Melania Trump made a rare political appearance, joining her husband President Trump on Saturday in Georgia for a campaign rally in support of Republican Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler ahead of next month’s twin Senate runoff election.

For the rally appearance, Melania made a statement donning a bright cherry red leather trench coat by one of her favorite labels Alexander McQueen. From the designer pre-Fall/Winter 2019 collection, the red pleated trench coat that can be work as a dress in the evening is skillfully crafted from smooth calf leather that is shaped to a double-breasted fit with a gothic romanticism. It features a double-breasted front fastening, a cinched waist, box pleats that accentuate the nipped-in waist, back pleated details, button cuffs, and padded shoulders. It retailed for $6,175 but has now sold out.

The First Lady wore the cherry red leather trench coat ensemble as a dress with a black long-sleeved crew neck top layered underneath the garment. She teamed her incredible style by adding a vibrant flare with a pair of zebra-print pumps from Manolo Blahnik. The zebra pony skin BB stilettos retailed for $875, but unfortunately, these bad boys are sadly sold out.

Introducing her husband, Melania urged supporters to retain the Senate majority and to go vote next month for Loeffler and Perdue.
“Do not let your voices be silenced. We must keep our seats in the Senate,” Melania said in a brief introduction. “It is more important than ever that your exercise your right as an American citizen and vote.”

The First Lady touched on her husband’s accomplishments that includes the historic Middle East peace deals with three nations, eliminating ISIS, border security, economic high and low unemployment numbers before the pandemic. She also mentioned the coronavirus vaccines and how “amazing medical capabilities and resources” led to the development in less than a year.

“President Trump continues to fight for you every single day,” Melania said. “Under my husband’s leadership, our borders are safer, global terrorists have been destroyed, and historic peace deals in the Middle East have been made. Our nation is, is respected again and our allies are now doing their fair share globally. President Trump has backed the American people. And opportunities for women have expanded in our workforce.”

“Our economy has soared and unemployment has shrunk. When a global pandemic hit the United States last January, my husband put the American peoples first. And now, under this administration, and because of our amazing medical capabilities and resources, we are closer than ever to vaccination that will save millions of lives,” she added.

Melania repeated her calls to supporters to get out and vote for the two incumbent GOP senators.
“Let your voices be heard, Georgia. Get out and vote for Senator Loeffler and Senator Perdue. Thank you, and God bless you and your families. It is now my pleasure to welcome the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump,” Melania concluded.

Melania beamed as she stood alongside her husband on stage at the rally, waving to attendees and the President’s supporters.
