Gohmert Sues VP Pence To Give ‘Exclusive Authority’ Over Electoral College Congress Vote Count

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and a handful of Republican slate of electors from Arizona filed a federal suit in the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas on Sunday, suing Vice President Mike Pence’s in a long-shot bid to throw out the rules that govern Congress’ counting of electoral votes on Jan. 6.

Trump Campaign Files Supreme Court Challenge Seeking To Overturn Three Rulings On Pennsylvania Mail-In Ballots

President Trump’s campaign team on Sunday filed a long-shot appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court seeking to reverse three decisions that were decided by Pennsylvania’s Democratic-majority Supreme Court that changed the state mail-in ballot laws, claiming there is a “likelihood” these changes were in violation the Constitution and urging the high court to act expeditiously because the presidency “hangs in the balance.”

Texas Electors Approve Resolution To Call On Battleground States To Appoint New Electors

Texas elector members on Monday after casting all of the states’ 38 Electoral College votes for President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, passed a resolution calling on state legislatures from four battleground states that were carried by President-elect Joe Biden in appointing a new set of electors.
