Senior White House adviser Ivanka Trump took part in a conversation with the National Review Institute Thursday afternoon, discussing paid family leave and supporting working families. Stepping out in shades of blue, Ivanka was seen wearing a baby blue turtleneck sweater that was tucked in an indigo mid length skirt by Alice + Olivia. The Essie midi Skirt features pleated detailing and high waisted flattering A-line shape. It retailed for $330, but unfortunately it is sold out.
