The sixth and final Democratic president debate of 2019 takes place at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles Thursday night. It will be the first debate of the cycle to host fewer than 10 candidates. The debate, hosted by PBS NewsHour and Politico, was thrown into upheaval last week when all seven qualified candidates threatened to boycott due to labor dispute with food workers. It also comes just 24 hour after the House voted to impeach President Trump.
Ten Democrats will be taking the stage Wednesday night for the fifth presidential debate, which will take place in Atlanta. It will be co-hosted by MSNBC and The Washington Post. Ten candidates will appear on stage: former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, Sen. Kamala Harris of California, Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, billionaire activist Tom Steyer, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and entrepreneur Andrew Yang.
