Hosting the 141st annual Easter Egg Roll at the White House’s South Lawn, Melania looked spring-ready in a stylish long-sleeve light blue trench coat dress from Michael Kors. She paired the trench suede dress with a pair of nude Christian Louboutin ‘Eloise’ flats.

For the White House annual 140th Easter Egg Roll on the South Lawn, Melania braved the cold weather in the prettiest pale mineral blue Burberry cashmere trench coat. She paired the trench coat with black skinny jeans from J Brand and knee-high black boots.

For her first White House annual Easter Egg Roll, Melania was seen wearing a pale pin sleeveless chiffon maxi dress from Hervé Pierre. She paired the maxi dress with a pair of pink Christian Louboutin ballet flats.

This year, Melania kept parts of the tradition alive, sharing a video of herself reading a classic children’s book, “The Little Rabbit” in honor of Easter. For the virtual event, Melania wore an emerald-green shirtdress from Cefinn. She teamed the shirtdress with a green croc belt and completed her whole look with a pair of green snakeskin Manolo Blahnik stilettos.

The first family usually hosts event on Easter Monday each year where families are invited to celebrate the event on the South Lawn. This year, Melania announced in mid-March that the event was canceled in light of the growing concerns over the spread and contraction of coronavirus.

“The health and safety of all Americans must be the first priority, especially right now,” she said in a statement on March 16. “I deeply regret this cancellation, but we need to make difficult decisions in the short-term to ensure a healthy country for the long-term.”

On Sunday, Melania tweeted an Easter message.

“This #Easter Sunday, I send greetings to all Americans and their loved ones as we come together to reflect on the importance of family & faith,” she wrote. “May God bless our great nation!”
